Our courses can generally be attended by all - young or old, male or female, fit or not so fit.
Our courses are 55 minutes long unless otherwise stated.
It is a classical training against problem zones. The goal is to tighten up and strengthen the muscles. The training of the abdominal muscles is also important for the stability of the trunk and the prevention of back complaints.
We recommend this course in combination with "Back Fit" and „Barbell Workout“.
An effective short program for the fast abdominal training in between.

The cardiovascular training can consist of both aerobic or step aerobic elements; the strengthening is done with different barbells.
