KANTO SPORTS Course Program

Our courses can generally be attended by all - young or old, male or female, fit or not so fit.
Our courses are 55 minutes long unless otherwise stated.

BODY WORKOUT

It is a classical training against problem zones. The goal is to tighten up and strengthen the muscles. The training of the abdominal muscles is also important for the stability of the trunk and the prevention of back complaints.
We recommend this course in combination with "Back Fit" and „Barbell Workout“.

INTENSIVE BELLY

An effective short program for the fast abdominal training in between.

POWER MIX

Simple and easy. Cardiovascular workout strengthening the thigh and torso muscles.
The cardiovascular training can consist of both aerobic or step aerobic elements; the strengthening is done with different barbells.

STRETCH + RELAX

Improving the overall mobility by stretching and balancing daily routine life through selected relaxation techniques.

BACK TRAINING

Mobilization exercises for the spine, training for the entire trunk musculature, posture training. Final relief exercise and muscle stretching. A good training, to unilateral pressures offset and spinal damage.

POWER DUMBELL

Training is with music and choreography training with the barbell. All major muscle groups are intensively stipulated and shaped.
The guarantor for fast results. Strengthening and streamlining of the whole body, strengthens bones and the immune system. Training weight is under own control, suitable for each fitness level.

SPINNING

Spinning training on a street is realistically simulated in the training room. Each participant can choose individually selectable programs.
Cycling shorts are recommended!
Fatburner: The pulse lies by 65-75% of maximum, gentle training.
Interval: All route profiles are used.
Partially anaerobic area: 65-92% of max. pulse.

Fit into the Morning

Dynamic switching of different body positions with deep breathing technique to give energy and a good feeling. A mix of Yoga, Qi Gong and Body Balance.

TAEBO

Combines various self-defense events, such as
Karate, Kick Boxing, Taekwondo, etc.
Put together from martial arts expert.
An intensive and vigorous training.
Stress reduction and fat burner.

BBP

A course for strengthening and streamlining the abdomen, legs and buttocks. Using a variety of small equipment such as Dumbbells, elastic bands or weight cuffs.

AQUA FITNESS

Endurance training in the water, gentle on joints.
Muscles are strengthened using various utilities,
Tissue streamlined and the cardiovascular system strengthened.

FIT-MIX

Mix of strength, fatburner, step and aerobics. Efficient full-body training. Strength endurance is increased, and fatburning stimulated.
