In the AlbThermen you have the choice between seven different sauna baths and steam forms, from classic Finnish sauna to the so called Brechel baths.
Sauna World
Discover the many steam variations in our 3000 sqm large sauna world. If you are visiting our Romantic Evening, you can benefit from special event infusions.
Indoors
Indoors you will find, besides the traditional 80°C hot Finnish sauna, also the very mild 55°C, organic steam chamber, in which we regularly offer sea salt and honey scrubs.
Outdoor Log Cabin Saunas
Apart from the classic Finnish atmosphere, you can also enjoy several one of a kind infusions. Meditation infusions, aroma and ice infusions alternate hourly

Stone Bath
The Haslauer Stone Bath combines gentle sweating and healthy inhalation. Previously heated glowing mineral rocks are placed in a copper kettle with cold water.
Through repeated lifting and lowering movements, the room temperature and humidity are carefully increased, ensuring a very gentle delightful sweating, easy on the cardiovascular system.
The Stone Bath is ideal for all guests, who have difficulty with high humidity.
Brechel Bath:
The Brechel Bath is another very mild tempered sauna, that captivates through its authentic farmerly rustic atmosphere. In the centre of the wood-paneled room is the Brechel Bath oven. In its crown, real pine branches with herbs are vaporized. The rising steam passes through the side walls back down and gently runs down your back. In the warm humid air spicy essential oils are dissolved and stimulate deep breathing.
Animation Infusions
Every second Friday of the month at 9 pm, from October through March, there will be animated infusions with different mottos.
These infusions differs from conventional infusions. It will be louder, lasts approx. 30 minutes and is an open-door sauna.
